Abstract:

The evaluation becomes the fundamental axis from which the improvement plans are developed, because it considers a series of assumptions duly supported that contemplate the historical evolution of the results of each one of the indicators. Therefore, this article discusses how the implementation of the race self-evaluation, specifically the multi-criterion decision methods and the utility curves applied to the engineering area allow to improve the processes by more than 50%; Becoming a tool for managers in the planning of their careers.
