Abstract:

The education integrates the individual to his contextual relation by means of the comprehension, sense and orientation of his to know; it helps to analyze the needs of formation of the teachers of baccalaureate, consolidating a system that highlights the capacities and skills of the individual, modifying his conducts from what it does or develops what implies in yes the same commitment, by what the investigation called is realized: " Needs of formation of the teachers of baccalaureate of the College "Gabriel Sanchez Luna" of the parish Cojitambo, canton Azogues with quicksilver, of the province of the Cañar plantation, period 2012 - 2013", To base theoretically, to diagnose and to evaluate the necesidades of educational formation and to design a training course since he is an active, participative and innovative agent, giving response to the different educational models who offer in a diverse way the vision and educational practices from the labor and academic environment, improving the quality of the learning of the students and the existing needs of educational formation, preparing professionals capable of teaching, generating and transmitting the knowledge and values necessary for the integral formation of the students.
