Necesidades de formación de los docentes de bachillerato técnico del Colegio Particular “Nueva Primavera”, de la provincia de Pichincha, ciudad de Quito, periodo 2012 – 2013
Abstract:
Teacher training at all levels of education Ecuador, remains a matter of great importance, for the various changes that have been taking place over recent years. Another core area today is preparing to new generations that come equipped with much technological knowledge and therefore of new trends and paradigms. It is essential to understand what are the training needs that teachers have the Technical School of "New Spring" ?, College and to respond to it has set a goal: To analyze the training needs of teachers of technical baccalaureate College "New Spring" in the academic year 2012 - 2013. This action research project type; is a traseccional / cross-sectional study because data are collected at a single time using as an instrument a questionnaire on Needs Teachers Training School, structured in three dimensions: training needs analysis, training, and training courses; which was applied to 18 teachers of "New Spring" College in the province of Pichincha, Quito. The analyzed results showed that the main needs of teachers relate to Education Pedagogy, Educational Management, Methods and Materials Resources and their dependents; Considering these results and for the purpose of solving one of these problems my project proposal is Education Pedagogy.
