Nivel de satisfacción de las usuarias sobre la atención integral que brinda el personal de enfermería en el área de Maternidad del Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso. Cuenca 2015

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE: To determine the level of satisfaction of the usuarias on the integral attention that offers the personnel of infirmary in the area of Maternity of the hospital "Vicente Corral Moscoso". Cuenca 2015. METHODOLOGY: The methodology that was in use was of descriptive type. The sample is constituted by 95 patients atended in the area of Maternity of the Hospital Vicente Corral Moscoso. The used instrument was the questionnaire CARE-Q elaborated by Patricia Larson and modified by the authoresses, which measures the level of satisfaction with relation to the attention that offers the personnel of infirmary, it values the parameters of accessibility, explanation and facilitation, comfort, anticipation, maintenance of a confidence relation - monitoring and follow-up. It is valued by means of the scales of: Always, almost always, Sometimes and never. USE OF RESULTS: In agreement to the applied surveys 65 % of the mothers usuarias answered the article ALWAYS, announcing a high level of satisfaction with the attention that never offers the personnel of infirmary to comparison with the article that is 8 % of the answers, with this result still we can observe a negative percentage with regard to the attention that the nurse offers. For the tabulation of the obtained information the program was in use Excel. The information was presented in graphs by his respective descriptive analysis. CONCLUSION: with the realized investigation one determines that there is a high level of satisfaction of the usuarias with regard to the attention that offers the personnel of infirmary
