Niveles de ansiedad ante los exámenes en los estudiantes de bachillerato
Abstract:
The present investigation seeks to identify the anxiety levels of students from highschool in response to certain exams, this is an exploratory-descriptive research and it was developed with a population of 117 participants of the afternoon school San José de La Salle from Cuenca, who are the Unified General Baccalaureate. It was obtained an average of 3.20, the instrument that was used is “Cuestionario de Ansiedad Ante Exámenes (CAEX)”, it was described the variable of sex and year of school through relating the total of anxiety obtained with each of the areas that are part of the questionnaire. The results obtained using statistical tests ANOVA and T test show that exist a significant result in the area of physiological response in relation to sex and year, while the avoidance area was relevant for the school year, the obtained level was between a low anxiety and very low anxiety. Due to the change in the evaluation ot the education system in Ecuador it is expected to get a lower percentage in the note of the evalution, so there is no high level for anxiety.
