Análisis de lo fantástico en las obras para niños: El Jurupi Encantado, El Milizho y el Mago de Goma, de Oswaldo Encalada Vásquez
Abstract:
This research work is devoted to the analysis of the fantastic element in the following literary works: The Jurupi Encantado, El Milizho and The Wizard of Goma, all of them written by the Ecuadorian writer Oswaldo Encalada Vásquez, the analysis focuses specifically on the conditions, verisimilitude, properties and elements; since these aspects are necessary and essential to the storyline of the fantastic literary works. This research is supported by studies of several writers who are qualified exponents in Fantastic Literature such as: Tzvetan Todorov, Jacqueline Held, David Roas among others. This process allows us to understand the intention of the author, who using real elements, places fantastic creatures in his literary works, and by means of their friendship, imagination, humor, solidarity and love, children are introduced into a real world full of dreams and fantasy, helping them to solve their problems, to believe in their abilities and achieve their dreams. Moreover, this research worked has allowed the development of clear proposals to bring literature to the children of our country, through the analysis and critical appraisal of the literary works analyzed and their contribution to the Literature aimed at children and young ones of Ecuador.
