Non-pecuniary incentives and their incidence on the staff turnover at Compañía Farmacéutica Vera S.A. (Vera Pharmaceutical Company S.A.). An analysis as regards the personnel selection process


Abstract:

The objective of this investigation is to determine the incidence of non-pecuniary incentives in the personnel rotation of Vera Pharmaceutical Company S.A. Interview formats and knowledge tests were reviewed; non-participant observation was made. The results indicate that the expectations of the candidate for the position are not inquired nor are they informed about what the company offers. It is concluded that one of the causes of the turnover of personnel in this company is in the process of personnel selection.
