Análisis de los actores de la cadena de suministros de exportación de la pitahaya a la Unión Europea

Abstract:

This research work aims to analyze the actors in the supply chain for the export of pitahaya to the European Union where there is a growing demand for this fruit, the ignorance of the intervening agents in the research process affects the process of export causing inconveniences both in the internal and external market. The analysis of statistical data allows obtaining a better perspective on this object of study. To demonstrate the fundamentals of this research project, an exploratory documentary methodology was proposed in which an analysis of bibliographic studies and interviews with experts in logistics, production, foreign trade and customs was carried out. The results of this research will provide knowledge of the actors involved in the export process and the continuity of other more advanced studies on such an important issue to attract new and future markets for this and other Ecuadorian fruits.
