Nueva propuesta interiorista en la Administración Zonal la Delicia

Abstract:

This project of dissertation realized in the zonal administration “La Delicia” located in the sector of Cotocollao, takes as a priority to offer a proposed piece of news interior for the comfort of the officials− users of this building. To the being a sectional institution the distribution of the different activities of the municipality changes depending on the coordinator who is in the charge, giving like turned out the bad distribution of the space and improvised areas of work that do not expire with the regulation for an ideal work, reason for which as principal point it is the distribution of the spaces in offices creating functional areas like that, with the application of the interior, systems of energy savings and office systems, respecting and heightening the architectural proper elements in order to obtain functional and agreeable areas of work for the officials and comfortable for the users. On the other hand the activities were recaptured for which was restored in February, 2010 for the promotion of the arts and culture. To the being an inventoried house of equal form was respected and the architectural proper elements are heightened creating this way by means of the design, areas for the functioning of the different activities socio−culturales that here will be realized, since it is the case of Guambratecas, infantile Library, Juvenile Library, recreational, Workshops, Zones of lecture and as bonus an account area stories for children dedicated to legends, stories, traditions, games and PROPERLY ECUADORAN experiences with the purpose that does not get lost and one supports our culture and traditions.
