Nuevo edificio consistorial para el municipio de Santa Elena enfocado en el aprovechamiento y recuperación de su entorno

Abstract:

The project concerns the design of a New Consistorial Building of the Municipality of Holy Elena Enfaced in the utilization and Recovery of his environment, based before the problematic that one presents in the sector, of lack of functionality of the current Building and the accumulation of the same one, the project is born as the opportunity to materialize those ideas, thoughts, and essential concepts that form the vision of the architecture it publishes with regard to the social topics of identity, civil participation, local representation, public space. The design possesses a sustainable approach it will offer evidence of his architectural quality as for the way of adapting to the physical and cultural context, generating an aesthetic positive and lasting impact in the physical environment. The project will be shaped for: Administrative Block cultural Block, Common Areas, Small square, Zone of Parkings. The Development of this Pre Grado's work consists in the following parts: The Chapter one, on having realized a diagnosis of the problem, there are analyzed the reasons and the need of the creation of a New Consistorial Building and the principal disadvantages that they present in the sector on not having relied on one that it should satisfy the demand of the users, not that of the workers. The Chapter two, it mentions to the approach of the topic, conceptualization, analogous models relating to the Municipality. In the Chapter three, there are planned the results obtained of the technical study on the location of the project and the study of the demand and the foda of the project to executing. Finally in the fourth chapter it puts in knowledge, the offer of the project based on the study of the previous chapters, putting in manifest the design, the distribution and all the requirements that the Consistorial Building needs as such.
