FECHA: Guayaquil, September 2010 SUMMARY This Project has like a porpoise to generate an attitude’s change in the nutritional habits on parents and students, with a collective focus on a shared vision and learning together using natural and human resources, in the paradigm of complexity where the dialogic – hologramatic between the human who knows and the known object. Education must be submitted into structural and fundamental changes with innovative proposals that allow the dominium of the competitions based on the skills and abilities on the teaching – learning process. We stimulate the motor, cognitive, social, emotional and language areas, trough an appropriated alimentation guarantying the intelligences development, incorporating values of love to the nature. The methodology and technical resources used on field’s investigation, surveys, analysis of contents and bibliographic compilation of internet documentary. The importance of the elaboration of a design of a nutritional guide is interesting for parents and institution since promotes the acquisition of agricultural skills, selection of food that gives them access to better food and thus the students’ academic performance in basic education, which is the motivation of this, because tries to optimize the learning on male and female kids and undertake innovative projects in the short term and long term, in the interest of improving the capacity of intellectual and physical development of each Students who are in growth stage need to strengthen their vital organs and thus rule out fatigue, drowsiness, aggression, inattention, etc. and other factors that cause malnutrition. The beneficiaries will be students from the schools of basic education teachers, parents and the community, whose social impact will always be of benefit to the institution.
