OBTAINING OF THE GLAND PAROTID OF THE PIG FOR PHARMACOLOGICAL USE

Abstract:

The resurgence of the fármacos industry starting from structures of organs that contain valuable active principles happened at the beginning of the decade of the ninety, already that previously this industry had been replaced by the biotechnology. However, the case was given that many important medications were not possible to obtain them for via biotechnical and he/she went necessary to return again to this source, starting from which single fármacos was not obtained, but cells precursors of organic synthesis, banks of fabrics and others. In Cuba, the fármacos production starting from glands is quite reduced and he/she is carried out fundamentally by means of the supply of the different establishments of animal sacrifice of the country to obtain the active principles. Keeping in mind the importance that you had the development of alternative productions under Cuban conditions, the objective of our work consisted on the obtaining and primary treatment of the gland parótida of the pig for pharmacological ends
