Online collaboration: Individual involvement used to pbkp_redict team performance

Abstract:

Social media - with its collaborative and interactive functionalities - is an ideal platform for collaboration. Several teams were asked to create material using a content management system. Log records were analyzed to measure group and individual participation. Direct and indirect measures of involvement are used as pbkp_redictor variables. A model is proposed that uses system-tracked data to forecast team performance. © 2014 Springer International Publishing.
