Optimización de la gestión de cobranza para aumentar la liquidez de Servimanteci
Abstract:
The present investigation is developed with the purpose of optimizing the collection management of the company Servimanteci S. A., which contributes to the improvement of its liquidity, due to the absence of internal procedures and controls for the granting of cbkp_redits and collection thereof. The research has a mixed approach, given that the survey and observation are used as study techniques, being a non-experimental design. The workers of the company point out the lack of processes and policies prior to the granting of a loan, which makes cbkp_redit management inefficient, due to the fact that no information is requested from the client for evaluation. The portfolios of clients are evaluated periodically, which limits the possibility of recovering the portfolio, thus affecting the rate of income received. Four guidelines are established for the definition of strategies, beginning with the training of personnel regarding the use of cbkp_redit risk matrices, management of government platforms. Definition of training times or frequencies. Due to the absence of documentation, that allows internal control, the functional organizational chart of the company and the cbkp_redit and collection department was designed, together with the manual of functions for each position proposed.
