Análisis de los factores internos que influyen en la productividad en el área de operaciones de las instituciones financieras de Guayaquil
Abstract:
At present, financial institutions mobilize the national economy by injecting liquidity into the productive system, mainly via cbkp_redit, and it is the portfolio of clients that hold these financial institutions that offer a range of banking services to the general public; however, these organizations are very rigid, workers are not satisfied with the work they do and maintain differences between them and / or their bosses, this series of problems was addressed within the research development, field research was used to evaluate the results of the problem, through the interviews and surveys of the workers of the financial institutions of the city of Guayaquil, in the area of operations it was determined that the bosses were authoritarian in 33%; the work environment was regular at 48% and good at 29%; the work incentives received by workers are not frequent, rarely 42% and never 35%; the relationship with co-workers is regular at 23% and poor at 13%, which leads to the conclusion that the problem of productivity in financial institutions is concentrated in the operational area and is due to internal factors and is not They have developed optimal strategies to solve this problem. For this reason, strategies were proposed that helped solve this problem.
