Organization and management in the prevention of occupational psychosocial risks in urban public transport


Abstract:

The study aimed to base the need to manage psychosocial risks in public transport operators in the city of Ambato, for this it was necessary to establish the relationship between occupational psychosocial risks, anxiety, accidents and socio-demography. Two questionnaires were applied to a population of 341 drivers from four transport cooperatives. The participation/supervision dimension reached the assessment of very high risk. Statistically significant associations were obtained between the dimensions of the Fpsico, the SRQ-20 and participation in claims.
