Organizational Knowledge Management based on Balanced Scorecard as outlook for Innovation key factor of pymes

Abstract:

This document is the result of a theoretical research - scientific, which aims to establish whether knowledge management based on the prospects of Balance Scorecard would impact on the innovative development of pymes, based on an approach to management of intellectual capital and valuation of intangible assets; Identifying what brings a company, as the creator of knowledge and what remains to include small and medium enterprises so they know how to handle it, considering that this means a wide and difficult integration task, important aspect of this study is that pymes consider knowledge as part of their assets and to agree that this should be created, acquired, implemented, strengthened, protected and transferred inside and outside the organization.
