Organizational design to improve work performance at the vÉlez carriel quevedo agency


Abstract:

The work performance is introduced in various organizational forms in a company, be these small, medium or large with a strategic approach that manages processes and integration in technological systems and organizational competencies, however there are some that there is no communication in the staff, no fellowship or cooperation to coordinate activities, can not be routed tasks and fulfill the assigned activities generating the question How to contribute to improve job performance in the advertising agency? raising the objective to develop a model of organizational design to improve job performance in the advertising agency Véliz Carriel. The mixed qualitative-quantitative methodology was used in the research and allowed through the inductive, deductive, analytical and synthetic methods to have knowledge of the tools they need, through the surveys conducted to employees and customers to know information to conduct a clear and accurate research allowing to develop the organizational design that is the structure of the company with a chain of command establishing the levels of subordination, the manual of functions, activities and responsibilities that are acquired at the time of obtaining a position within the advertising agency. A strategic projection was made which is composed of policies, mission, vision, values, objectives, goals, strategies, which helped to improve the technical and human side of the staff working in it and improved service and customer service, thus increasing profitability, as the teamwork and commitment of staff with the advertising agency is achieved by improving job performance in the company.
