Organizational development interventions in personnel management in the company “hacienda la beatriz”


Abstract:

Organizational development is an important aspect in business growth, since its effect on organizations drives a change, as well as an improvement in all areas of intervention. The objective of this research was to diagnose the organizational development processes applied by the human resources administration in the company “Hacienda la Beatriz”, through a qualitative-quantitative research, a survey was applied to the manager of the company and surveys to the employees to collect infor-mation, no sample was calculated so a census was applied to all the employees. From the analysis of the results obtained, it was possible to determine that the organizational development procedures are not completely adequate, in addition, they show that receiving support, concern for personal development and adequate feedback of the activities in the work area is important. It was concluded that work climate and job satisfaction are linked despite having different conceptions.
