Organizational structure of the socioeconomic center of oil and alternative energies. Its relationship with scientific productivity

Abstract:

This research analyzes the relationship between organizational structure and productivity scientist of the Socioeconomic Center of Petroleum and Alternative Energies of the Faculty of Economic and Social Sciences, Universidad del Zulia, Venezuela. Their scientific productivity and organizational structure were analyzed in their management reports. These revealed that it operates in an environment that demands innovation, a flexible organizational structure and transformational leadership. Although it did not formally change its structure, it made it more flexible, which favored communication between its members, with its environment and the increase in its scientific productivity In conclusion, a matrix-reticular structure It will allow you to increase your scientific productivity, consolidate as a national reference and position yourself internationally.
