Overview of the new user centred mobile applications

Abstract:

New mobile applications and services are of paramount importance for users and developers due to their availability everywhere and the easy access. This is one of the most negative points in the design for mobile services, because most of the time doesn't fulfil the user experience over a PC platform and a browser. All the key players are working hard to change this fact. In this article we will analyze this situation from several points of view both coming from the terminals and the backend, and the advantages and developments on both sides. © 2008 IEEE.
