PLATAFORMA EXPERIMENTAL CON ARQUITECTURA ABIERTA PARA LA CARACTERIZACIÓN Y ANÁLISIS DE MOTORES DE CORRIENTE ALTERNA

Abstract:

The alternating-current motors are widely used in different applications of everyday life, since they represent the main mechanical energy source from electrical energy, what gives it the importance of analysis and characterization within engineering careers. In this context, in the present project we propose to implement an experimental platform with open architecture as a solution for low cost for the characterization and analysis of educational and industrial character of alternating-current motors. There appears the design and construction of the analogical electronic, which consists of the conditioning of electrical signs of the variables to monitor that enter to the acquisition cards, whether this: the DAQ or Arduino Mega. Followed by power electronics representing the variable load emulator, the same that will be activated from the computer. Analysis of different electrical parameters of AC motor in operation is performed, the same as for determining possible engine failure.
