PROFESSIONALIZING A SOURCE FOR SEED RESEARCH

Abstract:

Teacher professionalization is a goal imposed on the Ecuadorian university, the need to raise the level of higher education in the country imposes the way it has been addressing teaching. The work includes the essence of a FCI project that a group of teachers rush at the University of Guayaquil in the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Science Education in the interest of professionalizing the work of teachers, in this sense spaces are created for viable work from class and with a view to improving the training of students.
