Pedro Jorge Vera: La novela de dictador en El pueblo soy yo

Abstract:

Corporate social responsibility is important in the PYMES of Ecuador that are in constant growth because it makes them more competitive and helps them to identify the needs of their stakeholders, so it is necessary to create a proposal socially responsible for the company Lojacar in Loja in which translate clear objectives that point to sustainability. This proposal was conducted based on a qualitative study applying various methods, techniques and the ETHOS instrument for data collection; for the preliminary study and evaluation of the current situation of the company, interviews and surveys were conducted to their stakeholders, which allowed us to know the level of corporate social responsibility that Lojacar maintains in its concessionaire. Whit the results obtained it is concluded that the company Lojacar, currently does not have socially responsible practices, so it is appropriate to present the proposal of implementation of a management model based on corporate social responsibility
