Percepciones de los estudiantes de Bachillerato General Unificado del Colegio de Bachillerato Particular Antonio Peña Celi de la ciudad de Loja, respecto de la evaluación que aplican sus docentes en el proceso instructivo-formativo.
Abstract:
The research related to "perceptions of the students of Unified General Baccalaureate of the Private Baccalaureate College “Antonio Peña Celi” of the city of Loja, with respect to the evaluation applied by their teachers in the instructive-formative process", aimed to analyze constitutive features of the profile of the teacher in the educational evaluation. For the collection of the information were used as techniques, the survey, the observation and the documentary revision. And the analysis of the results allowed to propose alternatives to enhance the management of teacher learning. It was concluded that the pedagogical approach that teachers use to evaluate in the educational institution is behaviorism, so that the results of applied evaluation are not aimed at satisfying the educational needs of students. Therefore it is recommended to implement evaluation instruments that allow to evaluate the teacher's performance and the skills of the students from the constructivist approach.
