Percepción de docentes acerca de educación en línea en el marco de la emergencia sanitaria Covid – 19 caso 14


Abstract:

The objective of this research work is to explore and learn about the teachers'perceptions about online education in the framework of the health emergency due to the Covid -19 pandemic, in an educational center in the city of Guayaquil during the 2020 school period. -2021. For this, a mixed-focus research was designed through a descriptive exploratory study. For data collection, a sample of one hundred teachers from all levels of the educational center was considered, to whom the questionnaire “Perception of teachers about online teaching, in the framework of the Covid-19 emergency in Ecuador” (González, Ramírez & Hebkp_redia, 2020). In the referred instrument, information was collected on demographic aspects of the population and data inherent to the educational center. Likewise, the resources and working conditions for online learning were explored, the comparison between face-to-face and online learning experience, the effects of online teaching on interpersonal communication and social interaction and the impact on aspects subjective. The tabulation and interpretation of the results yielded as conclusions a very favorable assessment of the conditions and resources, as well as the effects on the interaction, but also the relative and contradictory criterion, that face-to-face teaching is preferred to virtual.
