Percepción del personal de Enfermería sobre el tratamiento directamente observado en pacientes con tuberculosis durante la emergencia sanitaria en el distrito 09d04
Abstract:
At present, tuberculosis is one of the leading causes of death worldwide; Faced with the manifestation of Covid-19, a highly significant impact stands out that has negatively affected TB surveillance, prevention and treatment programs. The present investigation is developed with the objective of analyzing the perception of the Nursing staff in the treatment directly observed in patients with tuberculosis during the health emergency in the 09d04 district. The study method includes a qualitative, descriptive and analytical approach, non-experimental cross-sectional design. Through the interviews it was possible to know that among the influencing factors for the abandonment of the individual's treatment are the deficient administration of health by the patient, XIV the absence in the medical appointments, fear of spreading or worsening your health, the non- compliance in the taking of the medication and a bad feeding. In turn, it was evidenced that there was effective control by the nursing staff and the health center, which resulted in a favorable prognosis. For reasons of the pandemic, digital media were used to deliver information, schedules to comply with distancing, participation of family members and tools such as therapy observed by video.
