Perception of MiPYMES on Corporate Social Responsibility


Abstract:

The interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is recent and is given from the academy and the social. In this context, we try to analyze the perception of MiPYMES in inherence to CSR tasks. For this purpose, the sustainability of an instrument for measuring CSR from the economic, legal, ethical and philanthropic sphere was evaluated. The research was qualitative-quantitative with a design, type and level of non-experimental, descriptive and documentary research. The information was collected through surveys to generate a theoretical basis, enrich and sustain existing ideas and theories about CSR through a reliable instrument, for this a sample of 240 MSMEs was selected. The perception of CSR of Guaranda's MSMEs was known.
