Percutaneous Drainage of Abdominal Fluid Collections

Abstract:

A 67-year-old man with a liver transplant 1 year before developed stenosis of the biliary anastomosis that required stent placement by ERCP He was admitted for cholangitis, and the stent was removed. He was readmitted for fever without an apparent focus of infection. Abdominal CT showed a gas-containing collection in the left liver lobe.
