A PEDAGOGICAL-ANDRORAGICAL ACADEMIC TUTORING SYSTEM OF ORIENTATION AND ACCOMPANYING FOR THE MANAGEMENT CAREER AT STATE UNIVERSITY OF SANTA ELENA
Abstract:
The present research aims to analyze the current situation on the application of academic tutoring in the Management Career at UPSE, and to determine the methodological process of application through the guidance system and the accompaniment of the learning subjects. The incorporated theoretical basis arises from the definitions of tutor, tutoring and tutoree as well as significant experiences of actors in the Higher Education context, impact situations and results of tutoring activities. An exploratory research was applied through convenience sampling, determining the initial study of this professional-qualitative activity, considering the situational reality of the subject of study and the analysis procedure of the obtained data in bibliographical sources, compiling information on the application of academic tutoring in other contexts.
