Abstract:
The research work allowed studying the application of performance evaluation processes and their perspectives in the formation of the Human Talent TTHH in the Decentralized Autonomous Government GAD of Sucre canton, Manabí-Ecuador. The deductive-inductive, analytical-synthetic method was used, which allowed verifying the evaluation processes of the collaborators of the area, besides the survey and interview technique was used. SPSS software was used to verify the reliability and trustworthiness of the surveys. As a result, preliminary research revealed deficiencies in customer service, which were corroborated, while it was found that the Human Resources area performs the type of 360° competence evaluations, but the results obtained from these evaluations are not being used to correct inefficiencies through corrective plans and training, in short, the evaluation is applied as an imperative process by law but not for training, remuneration, and the whole process of human talent competencies.
