Análisis de los puntos claves para la implementación de la tecnología blockchain en el sector logístico de la empresa AGUNSA S.A

Abstract:

Blockchain technology is currently employed in different countries mostly by multinational companies thus significantly improving their business models. For that reason, the present degree project focuses on analyzing the key points for the implementation of Blockchain technology in the logistics sector of the Company AGUNSA S.A. and how this tool can positively contribute to its adoption within their operational structure. Accordingly, we will carry out research of the generalities of Blockchain technology to the extent to its specifications in the logistics chain, which will help us to obtain details about its uses, advantages, disadvantages and even to identify the status of this system in foreign industries. The resulted information will be treated using analysis tools. As a support for the present study, we will hold interviews with distinguished experts. Also, we will use the real case of a current issue that the company is experiencing, to obtain a comparison between after and before the implementation of the chain of blocks on the organization, and thus demonstrate that the application of this technology can increase its traceability improving its operating processes.
