Perspectivas de la responsabilidad derivada de la acción por incumplimiento de las sentencias dentro del Sistema Constitucional Ecuatoriano

Abstract:

The present work is to inform of the responsibility that there a person has when he or she does not accept a constitutional sentence within its failure to comply with it. For this we will mention the jurisdictional guarantees that are in the new constitution in order to know The Action for its failure to comply with it in depth. We will also mention the Human Rights established for humankind and we will compare them with our constitutional Rights. It will be analyzed why the Human Rights are inside the juridical regulations of the states. We will analyze the Basic Concepts of jurisdictional guarantees, the right to jurisdiction, and the legal authority to act. We will talk about our present constitution, where it comes from, and what it was made for. When analyzing the failure to comply with the law, we will revise who can present an action or being the legitimate main object of action before the institution which he or she comes from, as well as, the paper work and the sentence given.
