Perspectives of the trialist theory about the rights of persons with priority care in ecuador

Abstract:

The Rights of people with priority attention in Ecuador, commonly known as vulnerable groups, among which we can point to pregnant women, children and adolescents, the disabled, the elderly, people deprived of liberty, people with catastrophic diseases, among others that, even when they are covered with the same rights and obligations as the rest of the population, because they are under certain special circumstances, the State offers them specialized attention of a priority and preferential nature. These groups are considered minorities and in general it is difficult for them to fully enjoy and exercise their most basic rights, which is why the Ecuadorian State, apart from establishing an exclusive chapter in its constitutional text, precisely for recognition of these rights to this category of people, it has promoted a series of government policies to make these provisions operational and consolidate the ultimate goal of the law, which is nothing more than achieving justice.
