Análisis de los riesgos involucrados en el proceso de ensacado y despacho del hielo escama de la Empresa Hieblosa S.A.

Abstract:

The present titling work was carried out in the Company Hieblosa S.A. dedicated to the elaboration and commercialization of flake ice located in the Guayaquil city at the kilometer 10 on the road to Daule, on the Eucaliptos Street, between Cedros and Tecas. In our study, the area of bagging and dispatch of flake ice was chosen because it is an area in which there is a high index of work accidents that are based on the statistics of the company. In the realization of this work were used the qualitative and quantitative methods, the technique of direct observation for the development of the methodological framework, the matrix of triple criteria which helped to identify the risks involved inside of the study area getting the conclusion that the predominant risk is the mechanical type, which was evaluated through the matrix of fine method in each of the activities of the analyzed process.
