Plan De Marketing Para Un Servicio De Lavanderías Amigables Con El Medio Ambiente En La Ciudad De Quito, Caso Higiensec
Abstract:
In this paper grade will present a marketing plan to support business management being developed by the HIGIENSEC laundry located in the area of Gonzales Suarez and works there since two years ago, the solution to be developed is based on an investigation which will be released in detail the consumer to which it is addressed; thus we identify their consumption habits, willingness to pay for the service and its genuine interest in hiring laundry services friendly to the environment. Make an analysis of the financial situation so we could project over time about the results we want to achieve over a period of five years. Furthermore, this work aims to give a holistic view on different topics such as merchandising, marketing, advertising, market research and environmental conservation, which are linked in some way to accomplish the same goal by leveraging a priority on the needs of the customer requires a service laundries. Contemplate improve the efficiency, effectiveness and the visual image of the focal points of the laundry and raise awareness on the consumer to whom we turn to feel the actual importance of environmental conservation in this type of industry. Finally it should be emphasized that for an effective solution to this problem adequate research methodology, which will count as a useful tool to direct surveys of consumer’s laundry living specifically in the field of Gonzáles Suárez, was applied.
