Plan de Comunicación Integral para la empresa PRISMA
Abstract:
The Integral Communication Plan is the framework and base that allows the development of an efficient communication within the company. Therefore this approach through different research tools as the empiric approach of the analysis of a sample of observations and interviews with internal personal of Prisma and also external persons. This investigation concludes the application of some communicational strategies as the strengthening of the corporate imagen based on the goals of the company to generate a sense of belonging and loyalty for internal costumers as well for external costumers. Besides the reinforcement of the internal process of communication and therefore an increase in the efficiency of the company. The Integral Plan of Communication supply effective solution to the problems founded in Prisma and impulse the institutional growth of the company then the plan was designed to establish in 2016
