Plan de Desarrollo y Ordenamiento Territorial del GAD Parroquial Juan Gómez Rendón: Un Análisis Sociológico Desde las Teorías Del Desarrollo Sostenible -1

Abstract:

El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la fidelidad del PDOT 2015-2019 dela parroquia Juan Gómez Rendón frente la Teoría de Desarrollo Sostenible, paraello usamos como método de investigación la fenomenología dada la importancia de profundizar en los fenómenos sociales, en este caso en la lectura institucional sobre el desarrollo. La investigación nos generó por resultados una clara la insuficiencia de recursos materiales e institucionales que tiene el GAD local para sobrellevar métodos sostenibles de aprovechamiento del potencial local. Por lo tanto, seconcluye que el PDOT estudiado no responde a la Teoría de Desarrollo Sostenible, no solo porque no tiende a la sostenibilidad, también por ausenciade condiciones que contribuyan a eso. The objective of this research isto analyze the fidelity of the PDOT 2015-2019of the Juan Gómez Rendon parish against the Theory of Sustainable Development, for this we use phenomenology as a research method given theimportance of delving into social phenomena, in this case in institutional reading on development. The investigation generated by results a clear insufficiency of material and institutional resources that the local GAD must cope with sustainable methodsof harnessing local potential. Therefore, it is concluded that the studied PDOT does not respond to the Theory of Sustainable Development, not only because itdoes not tend to sustainability, but also due to the absence of conditions that contribute to that.
