Plan de Mejoramiento Continuo de los procesos administrativos en Cooperativa de Transporte Santiago de Guayaquil

Abstract:

The Cooperatives of Transport belong to a strategic sector, for that reason, the objective of designing the plan of continuous improvement of administrative processes in the Cooperative Santiago de Guayaquil was proposed. The descriptive, qualitative and quantitative methodology was applied, with the use of interview, survey and observation of administrative processes, whose results showed that there are no defined functions for administrative assistants, confusion and lack of coordination, weak control of inventories, lack of custodians, disorganization , delays in supply management, maintenance and transportation, impacting the limited transparency of the accounting processes and the past due portfolio of unpaid partners. A continuous improvement plan was proposed based on the preparation of the management manual for inventory, purchasing and functions processes that organize the tasks of the administrative personnel, process automation. In conclusion, the continuous improvement plan will strengthen the efficiency of administrative processes.
