The present work aims to make a plan for internal communication for Ecuador Grupo Santillana show in which the concepts of organizational communication and how it is used today in business. Organizational communication occurs in all organizations be they public or private, will greatly influence the inter-relationships and each internal relations companies, this improves each time the employee relationship with the company. Within the internal communication resolve conflict arises within organizations as improve relations and mainly handle correctly the image you want to project.
