Abstract:

This investigation has as intention to design a plan to export Passion fruit pulp produced by the Exofrut S.A. company located via a la Costa Highway - Guayas, for the market of Lima, Peru. Through this investigation, a contribution to the development of the agricultural community is desired, that means, to the progress of producers of the country who are part in the growth of the economy exploding an exotic fruit which has a wide variety of properties such as the passion fruit, and which also results in an attractive and profitable product in the international market.
