Plan de implementación de un sistema de gestión de calidad en un GAD municipal.

Abstract:

The objective of this research work is to develop an implementation plan for a quality management system for the GAD Municipality of Paján, Province of Manabí, based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard; to ensure that the Municipal GAD of Paján improves its services through processes that increase user satisfaction. The methodology is Quali-quantitative based on the ISO 9001-2015 Standard and using a check list as a research tool for gathering information. The inductive method will be applied because it starts from the evaluation of processes (particular) to arrive at the evaluation of the quality management system (general). The second chapter describes the methodology to be used, as well as the techniques and instruments applied to collect the information. The results of the investigation are presented; in which the checklist is used that allows diagnosing the current situation of the institution in terms of compliance with ISO 9001: 2015.The research guideline, the limitations that it would have on the topic and other similar studies of related institutions.
