Plan de mejoramiento de la Empresa Finatex, ubicada en la ciudad de Quito, Ecuador

Abstract:

Finatex is an Ecuadorian enterprise dedicated to produce and trade home textiles products. His legal representative is Mr. Ángel Rubén Bastidas Alvear. The improvement plan idea for Finatex comes from a previous diagnosis in which some problems were detected in the administrative, production and marketing area, as the absence of a strategic administration and the neglect in some basic functions of marketing. In addition, the financial analysis evidence that even though the resources are effectively used; the return to the enterprise is very low (2%); in the production area, the cutting process generates a shortage that affects the installed capacity of the enterprise. It was determined as main strength: the delivery channels, the recognition of the brand name and the selling department that the enterprise has, which is reflected in the inventory rotation (13 times) and the annual sales (approximately, 5 million USD)...
