Plan de mejoramiento de la empresa Didi store, ubicada en la ciudad de Latacunga, Ecuador
Abstract:
Didi store is an Ecuadorian company (clothing company) focused on import variety garments and marketing to the retail. It is located in the heart of the city Latacunga-Ecuador and its legal representative is Norma Patricia Segovia Villavicencio. The idea of the formation of Didi improvement plan store is coming from the results of an analysis, which we perceived that the company worked through empirical processes showing issues in Strategic Management, marketing, financial and human resources. We determined as principal strengths the client services and the close relationship that remains, the best product quality which is reflected in the rotation of inventory (95 days), which is the recommended period for the presentation of new collections. Externally, it is observed that one of the most important opportunities is the use of airlines services in Latacunga because they are (10 percent) cheaper in relation to Quito and the trade agreements with Europe that will satisfy the interest of the consumer to be imported into the country; and as a threat the creation of new barriers to the importation of garments, the growing consumer interest in things made in the country with lowest prices. Through market researches, it was determined that acceptance by consumers despite changing trends still approval the consumption of imported garments in (67 percent); while existing customers show (71 percent) of satisfaction. Interview Expert shows that can be carried out improvements in the administrative areas, a reduction of logistics costs and an increase in utility by sales to the wholesale. All the objectives are concentrating on the reduction of costs of the imported product and the increase on sales by improving, having an increase of utility, profitability and the customer satisfaction. Enforcement strategies were applied as: forward integration, backward integration, market penetration, product development and related diversification. The financial assessment shows a scenario with leverage, a net present value of $35.697,18 and an internal rate of return of (66,88 percent), about the opportunity cost of (19.7 percent). The analyses of results confirm the capacity of the project and show the company a future steady growth through the use and implementation of the plan of improvement can be achieved.
