Plan de mejoras de calidad en el servicio de talleres de la Empresa Salcedo Motors.
Abstract:
In this project, a plan to improve the quality of Salcedo Motors Company’s service is introduced. The development of the problem will be analyzed in the first stage. In the second stage, the situation of the organization in the installments of the factory area will be diagnosed; in addition to the description of the series of activities carried out by the Company, presented in a SWOT form. This methodology would provide the application of surveys to the technical staff and customers to obtain results by using the Ishikawa diagram. Finally, the proposal to make progress in the plan of improvement will be analyzed and developed through engineering tools such as the Deming Cycle, Harrington Strategies and Lead Time, which support the procedures to guide and increase its operations. The proposed plan will generate greater satisfaction in the customer service process of the organization's quality management system (QMS).
