Plan de negocio de una empresa comercializadora de biodigestores para el sector agrícola Ecuatoriana

Abstract:

In order to carry out an evaluation of the operational, commercial, legal and financial feasibility of a biodigester commercialization company for the agricultural sector of Ecuador, this document details the business plan carried out in the province of Guayas, considering this the initial research sector. After realizing the study that integrated the description of the idea of business, market research, operational plan, administrative and of human resource it was noticed that there is no impediment for its execution.The methodology of the study contained a documentary investigation, where theoretical, legal and antecedent foundations related to the proposed subject were analyzed; and a descriptive field investigation through the application of surveys to Agricultural Production Units, for which the determination of the population and sample of the study was previously performed. Once the research was carried out, it was determined that the study should be applied in the coastal region of Ecuador where there is no availability of a product like this, so the results showed great acceptance of the market, since the proposed product meets aspects Of innovation and promote clean technologies for environmental balance; In addition, it was evidenced the non-existence of direct competitors when starting the enterprise, which facilitates its execution and introduction in the market.The results of the financial evaluation are positive because the IRR is 25.54% above the discount rate and the Net Present Value is $60.147,18. The recovery period is 3 years, which makes attractive the execution of this project.
