Plan de negocio estratégico para incrementar las ventas de las consultoras de la marca Belcorp del cantón Duran.
Abstract:
The present work is based on a study realized to the managers, leading and consulting of the brand Belcorp of the canton Durán, in order, to identify the problems that have caused the fall of sales. To determine the current situation, there was realized an explanatory investigatio n that by means of interviews and surveys realizes the compilation of information to obtain inf ormation of the failings. The aim of the work is to implement a plan of strategic business to i ncrease the sales of the consulting ones of the brand Belcorp of the canton Durán. The plan co nsists of the planning of new strategies like to establish in new sectors, to offer promotions to the consulting ones, to rely on qualified personnel and to increase the number of consulting, th ese strategies will be applied and monitored by the regional manager Durán. It considers reali zing trainings focused in increasing the knowledge of the consulting ones in order that they co uld increase his productivity. In addition, to realize direct marketing delivering flying leaves, t o install stand in strategic places and he visits door to door. It estimates the amount of invest ment of 11.400,00 $, which will be distributed in the first year of the implementation of the pr oject that was realized without leverage financed with funds of the regional manager Durán, a cross a bank lending requested the bank of the pacific one that it offers a rate of interest of 11. 83 % to term of 3 years. In the project it were considered to be the inflation and the passive rat e that they find in 2.60 % and 5.83 % respectively, giving a TMAR = 8.43 %, THERE GO = 2 4.099,11 $ and TIR = 36,06 %.
