Plan de negocio para crear una academia capacitadora en gastronomía en el norte de Guayaquil


Abstract:

The present document develops a business plan to create a gastronomy training that will operate in the north of Guayaquil. The problem that So Sweet Factory’s Academy presents nowadays is that it doesn’t have a legal formalization, and therefore its activity is reduced to the recommendations of the contacts and the null investment of advertising; which limits the development of the company.Through the problem delimitation it will be established the theoretical, conceptual and legal bases that will help to obtain the knowledge or steps necessary to formalize a business. The application of the quantitative method, whose instrument was the surveys, helped to determine the viability of the formalization, its results were favorable, most people are interested in assist to a gastronomy capacitation course since the planning of this formalization stipulates the adoption of professional qualification certifications for students who successfully complete the courses. The Secretaría Técnica del Sistema Nacional de Cualificaciones Profesionales and Asociación de Chefs del Ecuador are are organizations of recognized trajectory that encourage the registration of students in the program. A qualitative study, by interviewing the main actors in gastronomic academies, allowed us to obtain more information for the development of the project. Through all the knowledge acquired people are going to have entrepreneurial opportunities to startup their own entrepreneurship.
