The development of this business plan looks for the feasibility to implement the service of corporate transfers to and from International of Quito airport, located in Tababela. The company is going to be named “Transworking”, and its target customers are business travelers, traveling domestic or abroad, who needs a reliable, quick and comfortable transportation from or to Quito´s International Airport. Transworking, with its Directed Differentiated Strategy foresees to provide an innovative service based on business networking, which will allow modern businessmen to widen their view of forthcoming events at the same time he is being hauled from or to the airport, inside comfortable vans that have been redesigned for such purpose, providing the customer with a different experience. The company will use two sales channels: direct through the web of company page and indirect through travel agencies
