Abstract:

The main objective of the business plan is the creation of an Incan theme hotel at the city of Cotacachi, and to determine the financial viability of this idea. It begins with the determination of the objectives, to direct the business plan. Having these points clear, it proceeds to analyze the environment that the hotel will have; knowing it is in the touristic sector, in the hotel and restaurants industry, on the last years, the economic performance of the sector and industry has been positive in general, the first one with a contribution to the GDP of 10%, and the second one, with a contribution of 1,27 %, both of them with more growing projections until 2014.
